Prize Draw Rules

The prize draw winner will be drawn and notified on Saturday 15th December 2007. The offer will start from the 31st October and the closing date is Friday 14th December 2007.

To enter, registration with the itallhelps.com newsletter is required.

The prize draw winner will receive the grand prize of forty pounds worth of Marks and Spencer vouchers for themselves AND ten pounds in Cashback for their group.

The winner's name will be available after Saturday 15th December 2007. The winner will be notified personally by the company on company letter headed paper. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to a different winner if the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 28 days of the prize draw taking place.

The prize is not transferable. The winner may be required to take part in publicity associated with the prize draw. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed or corrupted entries of any kind.
